Are you insured?
Yes EzyShine Window Cleaning is fully insured.
Do I have to be home to have my windows cleaned?
If you only need the outside of your windows cleaned and access to all the windows has been arranged there is no need for you to be at home. We understand that we all have busy lives so it is not always possible to be at home to get your windows cleaned.
Do the EzyShine Window Cleaning staff have police checks?
Yes not only do our staff have police checks, they also have working with children checks.
What extra safety steps have you implemented because of Covid-19?
We strictly adhere to social distancing rules, as well as enhanced hygiene practices. This includes frequent use of hand sanitisers and disinfecting all door handles we come in contact with.
What is included in a standard window clean?
When we clean your windows, we also clean your window frames, sills and fly screens. Unsightly cobwebs are also removed.
How often should I get my house windows cleaned?
We generally recommend that you get your house windows cleaned every 3 to 6 months. However it does depend on a lot of factors. These include whether you are close to a major road, whether you have pets or small children or even if you are close to the beach. We can provide you with advice on how frequently you should get your windows cleaned.
